Brokerage Team Leader

We are looking for a driven, broker-minded Brokerage Leader to establish Orchard's presence in San Diego, CA, recruit and develop a team of high-performing agents, and become the face of Orchard in your market. Compensation

This is a commission-only (1099) position. The average full-time fully ramped Brokerage Leader earns $120,000 to $200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

What We Are Looking For

Active and unrestricted California real estate license and located in the greater San Diego, CA area

5+ years of experience as a licensed agent. Managing broker license preferred.

3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents

At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months

A track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing one

A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets

Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company-supplied lead pipeline

Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
