Analyst Financial Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Support day to day administration and optimization of the Oracle Cloud applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across financial modules.
• Develop and maintain business process reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Build and modify reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, or related reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, and enhance system performance.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes and updates.
• Partner with data governance teams and support Enterprise Data Management (EDM) activities (experience preferred).
• Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Work with third party vendor support to solve complex system issues.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, Oracle System Administrator, or related technical/functional role.
• Strong understanding of the Oracle full suite, especially financial modules.
• Experience with OTBI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system solutions.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross functionally in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
• Broader experience across Oracle Financials (GL, AP, Cash Management, etc.).
• Background in data governance, master data management, or financial system integrations.
