GTM Engineer

About the role: Demand for supply chain transparency is growing fast, driven by new regulation, better data and rising reputational risk. To meet it, we need a go-to-market engine as rigorous as our science.

That’s where you come in. As our first GTM (go-to-market) Engineer, you’ll join the Growth Marketing team in London, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing. You’ll own one go-to-market engine across Oritain and our network of specialist laboratories: Isotrace, Agroisolab, Imprint Analytics and AIA. That means the CRM, automation, enrichment, lead scoring, data pipelines and reporting that turn interest into qualified pipeline, built with HubSpot, Salesforce, Claude and the tools you choose to bring in.

You’ll also lead the digital integration of our lab network. Each lab currently runs its own website and marketing, and you’ll shape the approach that brings them together under the Oritain brand. You’ll work most closely with our sales leaders across every region and with our revenue operations team. This role suits someone who’s as comfortable building an AI workflow that sharpens account targeting as getting sales to trust and use what it produces.
