Why this role matters AI only creates value when it lands where it matters: inside the products customers actually use. As Head of AI Solutions , you own the bridge between the osapiens AI platform and our business applications. You identify where AI can create meaningful impact, translate business challenges into technically viable AI solutions, and work closely with AI Engineering and application teams to bring those solutions into production.
This is not a traditional Product Management role. We are looking for someone with a strong technical understanding of modern AI technologies who can evaluate solution approaches, challenge technical concepts, and translate between business requirements and AI engineering. This position follows a hybrid work model with a requirement to be in the office three times per week.
