That requires flawless enablement: excellent, well-coordinated materials such as eLearning modules, in-app guidance and strategic slide decks for the colleagues who onboard and manage our customers. Automation, monitoring success and measuring impact are key. All formats and tools need to be scalable, user-friendly and smartly positioned against each other, and they must convey customer value at every step. Scalable means automation: each asset has a purpose, a target user group and a clear enablement objective.
Our Solution Excellence team was created out of an urgent need for true solution experts: people who know the product inside out, understand how it helps our customers in their sustainability efforts and are informed about the requirements it addresses. The role sits at the intersection of the Customer Onboarding, Customer Success and Product teams, which makes it an exciting one.
