Sr. Payroll Manager

In this highly visible, fully in-house Payroll Manager role, you’ll take ownership of North American, multi-state, multi-company payroll within a complex manufacturing and union environment. As the go-to payroll expert, you’ll lead a seasoned team while partnering closely with HR and Benefits to ensure a seamless, compliant, and efficient payroll operation. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape how payroll evolves—driving process improvements, automation, and optimization across UKG/UltiPro and related systems, particularly as the organization continues to grow and integrate acquisitions.
