As part of our continued transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to head Infrastructure & Operations across EMEA. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Infrastructure & Operations, this role combines operational leadership, strategic execution and stakeholder influence across a complex, international environment.

You will lead a geographically distributed organization responsible for Network, Workplace, Server, Storage and Infrastructure services, while ensuring secure, reliable and high-performing technology operations that support business priorities across the region.

Location: Western Europe, preferably Paris, London, Madrid, Milan or Berlin

Reporting to: Vice President, Global Infrastructure & Operations

Team: 8 direct reports and approximately 36 team members across EMEA

Language: Fluent English required

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Lead by example, championing our Otis Absolutes and Leadership Behaviors while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Lead, develop and empower a geographically distributed team of leaders and infrastructure professionals across EMEA.

Define and execute infrastructure strategies, roadmaps and investment priorities that support business objectives and long-term technology goals.

Ensure reliable, secure and efficient delivery of infrastructure services, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives and transformation projects across the region, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives, timelines and budgets.

Partner closely with Global Digital Technology teams, business stakeholders and external service providers to deliver scalable solutions and drive service performance.

Maintain a strong focus on security, compliance, resilience and business continuity across all infrastructure operations.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role?

Significant experience leading Infrastructure & Operations functions within a large, international organization.

Proven ability to lead managers and geographically dispersed teams in a complex, matrix environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively and build alignment across multiple functions.

Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, modernization or transformation initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.

Demonstrated success managing strategic vendor and partner relationships.

Strong business acumen, sound decision-making capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
