ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Own the TMO governance model across the O&M enterprise, running the Enterprise TMO as the PMO of PMOs

  • Run the E-TMO rhythm
  • Chair the governance rhythm: initiative reviews, monthly program review, and ELT reporting
  • Maintain a single enterprise view of initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits
  • Challenge owners on plans and baselines, and track benefit realization against baseline
  • Unblock delivery and build the E-TMO team
  • Update the ELT on program status, and escalate and clear roadblocks owners cannot resolve
  • Arbitrate sequencing and dependency conflicts between functions to protect the critical path
  • Lead adoption of the governance model with functional leaders, and build the Enterprise TMO team

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • 10+ years in enterprise program management or PMO leadership, with 5+ years leading multi-function programs
  • Experience in medical distribution, or asset-intensive operations strongly preferred

  • Practical command of portfolio tooling and dashboards; Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence functional executives and peers without direct authority
  • Experience in strategy consulting or a senior project management role strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s in business, Engineering, Finance, or similar; MBA or PMP an asset

Disciplined operator who holds the cadence and names slippage early
