Associate Attorney

Pérez Law is a workers' compensation and personal injury applicant firm serving injured workers across California, with offices in Ontario and Pomona. • Full ownership of your caseload from intake through settlement, with case managers and legal assistants supporting the administrative side.

• Leadership opportunity, e.g., opportunity to oversee and mentor junior attorneys and case managers. Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, cross-examinations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare and file legal documents; review medical/legal records to build strong cases.
• Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and medical providers to advocate for client outcomes.
• Oversee case management tasks performed by case managers and legal assistants.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with firm policy, ethical standards, and CA workers’ compensation regulations. Required:
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active member, California State Bar, in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in California workers' compensation law.
