Job Summary
The GTM Excellence team powers our organization's success by overseeing the critical infrastructure and education platforms that empower our GTM teams. As we innovate, we are seeking a highly strategic, visionary Principle Product Manager to build, maintain, and scale a diverse portfolio of multiple AI applications designed to accelerate team readiness.
While your immediate focus includes our AI Roleplay application, this is just the first of many concurrent use cases. Sitting at the intersection of technology, learning, and GTM strategy, you will leverage deep AI literacy to pioneer and scale AI tools across our ecosystem. Armed with a deep understanding of value selling, you will drive the long-term AI strategy while providing the rigorous program management needed to track complex deliverables, unblock cross-functional teams, and keep enterprise-wide rollouts moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
AI Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap: Define, maintain, and drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for a portfolio of multiple concurrent GTM AI tools. Ruthlessly prioritize capabilities based on business impact, ensure strict alignment with value selling principles, and build polished, executive-level collateral to influence senior leadership decisions.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Own the "build, maintain, and scale" lifecycle for all AI platforms. Partner directly with platform owners to architect the technical and functional capability roadmap, assessing needs for system architecture changes and large-scale feature requests.
Rigorous Program Management & Execution: Act as the central program lead between Learning, IT, and GTM Leadership. Track numerous moving parts, maintain momentum, and keep cross-functional execution moving in the right direction across all AI solutions. Manage predictable update cadences for platform features and pilot programs.
Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Serve as the internal SME by designing, testing, and continuously refining complex prompt structures for our underlying LLMs. Ensure all AI scenarios deliver highly relevant, accurate, and valuable outputs for real-world sales challenges.
Product Iteration & Quality Assurance: Establish standardized guardrails and coordinate enterprise testing/QA prior to launch. Evaluate usage metrics, adoption trends, and continuous user feedback, translating this complex data into actionable recommendations to improve the user experience.
Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Act as the ultimate guardian of quality and consistency across all AI initiatives. Ensure comprehensive, dynamic reporting dashboards are available for key executive stakeholders, and provide mentorship to elevate overall program management maturity within the organization.
Experience: 8-10+ years of experience with a strong technical background in Systems Management, Product Management, or technical Program Management, including extensive experience leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Sales Acumen & Seller Knowledge: Deep understanding of the seller experience, sales methodologies, and value selling principles.
AI & Technology Expertise: High AI literacy and expertise (Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and prompt engineering concepts). You must be highly technical and able to "speak the language" with enterprise systems architects.
Executive Presence: Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders, synthesizing complex technical updates into clear, actionable executive messaging.
Project Delivery: Demonstrated success in architecting and managing complex, multi-phase technology rollouts, while actively tracking and managing day-to-day operational details.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage, influence, and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels in a complex matrixed environment.
Analytical Mindset: Highly data-driven with experience translating user feedback and platform analytics into actionable, strategic product decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the broader GTM technology stack and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in an enterprise technology environment.
- Previous experience developing or managing enablement, coaching, or training programs.
