About the Role

At Paramount Global Skydance, storytelling meets scale. Our Order-to-Cash (OTC) team builds the financial infrastructure powering our global entertainment footprint—from television and streaming to theatrical releases and global advertising.

As an OTC Customer Master Data Analyst, you will be the foundational gatekeeper of our customer relationships worldwide. You won’t just enter records—you will safeguard data integrity, drive operational efficiency across our financial systems, and directly influence how quickly and accurately deals are closed, billed, and collected. Collaborating with cross-functional partners in Sales, Billing, Tax, and Data Governance, you will ensure our global commercial engine runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Global Master Data Integrity: Oversee end-to-end customer record setup, validation, and ongoing maintenance in core ERP and sales platforms across all Paramount Global Skydance divisions.

Credit & Risk Stewardship: Update customer credit limits and maintain proactive "watch reports" to monitor adverse financial shifts or credit-related events.

Tax & Compliance Administration: Ensure adherence to global compliance standards by collecting and managing critical documentation (such as IRS Form 6166), validating credit agreements, and maintaining accurate withholding tax rates.

Data Governance Partnership: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Data Governance to uphold setup standards, resolve exceptions, and drive continuous data-cleansing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Billing, Cash Application, and Accounting teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks and align customer master records.

Knowledge Sharing & Onboarding: Help train and mentor team members on standardized setup workflows, SharePoint tools, and best-practice intake forms.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 2+ years in an Accounts Receivable (AR), Master Data, or Corporate Customer Service role within a complex, multi-location organization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (proficient with lookups, data validation, and pivot tables). Familiarity with major ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is a strong advantage.
  • Industry Acumen: Background in media, entertainment, or advertising/media-buying agencies is highly desirable.
  • Detail & Compliance Mindset: High integrity with an eye for spotting duplicate data, incomplete documentation, and regulatory risks before they impact billing.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the diplomatic assertiveness needed to partner effectively with sales and finance leaders across multiple time zones.
  • Agility: A proactive, self-starter mindset comfortable adapting in a dynamic, high-energy global enterprise.
