Senior Rails Developer

Parelio is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Rails Developer to help us solve challenging problems and build usable software. You will be responsible for helping shape technology strategy as well as designing, building, and scaling the web and mobile platforms.

You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats while offering up creative yet pragmatic solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and deploying resilient, usable, user-centric software. You will also enjoy working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Skills & Requirements 3+ years software development experience Expert knowledge of Rails Be proficient in another language like Javascript, Objective-C, or Java Experience designing and building large-scale full stack solutions Experience with agile development process Be a strong team player with a desire to grow and improve both personally and as a team Bonus Points Experience navigating regulatory standards like HIPAA and/or PCI Experience with BizTalk, EDI, and ERP integrations a plus DevOps Experience Experience working on a distributed team About the Company Parelio builds software that helps medical device companies and their distributors make better decisions when it comes to managing field inventory.
