  • Develop and support portfolio pricing strategies in collaboration with sales, finance, division pricing manager and divisional leadership.
  • Provide insight and tools to support competitive selling, including competitive cross-over guidance.
  • Be accountable for new product launch planning and execution within assigned product lines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch activities with engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, marketing communications and customer service.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to define appropriate make-to-order, make-to-stock and stocking strategies to meet customer requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address product availability, quality, cost and lifecycle risks.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercial management within an industrial, engineered products, filtration, automotive, mobile equipment, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience managing a product portfolio across its full life cycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, product launches, margin improvement, rationalisation and obsolescence management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, pricing strategy, cost-out initiatives and portfolio profitability.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance and customer service.
  • Previous exposure to European markets, ideally within mobile, engine, off-highway, transportation, hydraulics, filtration, or related sectors.
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into product roadmaps, product development priorities and launch plans.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing, stocking, sourcing and operations strategy to support customer service, cost competitiveness and supply chain performance.
  • Financial acumen, including the ability to analyse sales, margins, pricing, cost structures, inventory and profitability.

  • Career growth and opportunities: we hire from within!
