Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

Overview

The role will be supporting the ANZ team with master data activities pertaining to EHS, waste & utility data and master data activities related to spare parts [part creation in SAP, follow up & tracking].

Responsibilities

• Utilities reporting
• Consolidate plant utility data for weekly and monthly reporting
• Analyse utility data, identify areas where thresholds have exceeded and follow up on mitigating actions with respective stakeholders
• Follow up with stakeholders on closure of actions
• Waste reporting
• Consolidate waste data for reporting
• Analyse waste data for anomalies and follow up on mitigating actions with respective stakeholders
• Follow up with stakeholders on closure of actions
• Training admin and reporting
• Track training participation on system
• Maintain training register on system
• Report monthly training hours and summarize analysis results
• Minimum Bachelor degree, with 2+ years experience in Supply Chain management, Foods industry manufacturing, EHS suppoort is desired.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental compliance and utility management is preferred.
• Good learning and self-improvement ability
• SAP expertise desired
• Excellent skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms, such as Microsoft Office, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
• Possess high personal integrity and standards
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Customer-centric and collaborative
• Good English skills
