You’ll help strengthen planning discipline across the cluster, improve forecast and supply alignment, and drive the cadence, outcomes, and effectiveness of the IBP process.

You will also lead two direct demand and supply planning colleagues, providing direction, coaching, and support to build capability and ensure excellent execution across the planning function. Working in a matrix environment, you’ll partner closely with commercial, finance, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and regional supply teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and the business.
