The Commercial Enablement Manager is the analytical and technical partner for MISP, bringing commercial data to life down to the sub-national level. - Build and maintain decision-ready views for sales and CFC effectiveness, including sub-national sales versus promotional impact, calls, customer engagement planning, targeting and execution-quality measures.
- Provide data and views that support the segmentation process run by CFC Excellence, using approved enterprise methodology and data products.
- Investigate discrepancies across source systems, local views and GOSC outputs; lead detailed resolution with backend data, platform, IT and source-system owners.
- Maintain clear definitions, refresh logic, quality controls, lineage and known limitations, and track whether data products are used in business decisions.
