The Role – Small Change Analyst

• Our Underwriting Collective teams are looking for a Small Change Analyst to join the team!
• The Small Change Analyst will deliver low-risk, high-frequency small changes and Business-as-Usual (BAU) improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to live insurance platforms, underwriting and customer service.
• This offers an opportunity to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to support the delivery of improvements across our insurance operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Gather and agree business requirements, assess their impact and coordinate solutions with stakeholders and developers.
• Deliver and track changes, including system configuration, user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring changes follow the agreed change management processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, with clear communication and a methodical approach to resolving and escalating issues.
• Financial services experience, preferably in insurance, with knowledge of the regulated environment; experience with insurance policy or claims systems is desirable.
• A collaborative, creative and self-motivated approach, with a positive attitude to change and a focus on quality and delivering value.
