  • Deploy and maintain endpoint security baselines and patching policies; support remediation of vulnerabilities and non-compliant devices.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless, in partnership with the broader team.
  • Monitor network performance and security using monitoring tools; test for weaknesses and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions for new and existing sites.
  • Support Azure resources as needed.
  • Apply industry-standard security practices (e.g., CIS or NIST-aligned baselines) across identity, endpoint, and network systems.
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to runbooks, standards, and change management.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support and help with helpdesk tickets as needed.
  • Travel to company locations as needed to install and configure hardware.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s technology needs.
