Responsibility

• Drafting template of various operation agreements and negotiating contracts for the company.
• Reviewing and providing advice to the senior leader on matters concerning applicable contracts required for the company’s operational.
• Developing and involving in corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matter.;
• Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities;
• Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant government bodies, legislatures and the community at large;
• Regularly interacts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/ vendor in order to manage potential legal risk.
• Reporting directly to General Counsel on a various corporate legal issue.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law from a reputable University.
• Minimum of six years’ experience as a corporate lawyer at a leading Indonesian law firm. Involvement in a M&A cross-border transaction is a must.
• Mid management experience and minimum of 2 years’ experience in startup companies.
• Must have a strong strategic and analytic thinking.
• Must have a good leadership skill having ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the management team and relevant stakeholders.
• Strong commercial law background, especially in the negotiation and able to tailor-made the commercial contracts.
• Ability to do multitask and good interpersonal skills.
• Good and clear communication of the instructions of General Counsel and work together other legal department team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian language.
