Head of Digital Product Management

Responsible for managing, overseeing and leading Product Ownership within Polo Digital, establishing product and service development best practices and management cadences and routines. This role is vital in the development of Polo’s Digital capability, the ability to develop, manage, release and improve digitised services in the market. As Appian product owner, accountable for the development of Appian as a platform across Polo Digital’s services and products; to oversee the implementation of Appian as applied to the IRC product, to define best practice deployment and customisation methods, management of the change portfolio.

Accountable for the definition and maintenance of Appian product standards and optionality.
