We are looking for a Group Product Marketing Manager to own the global go-to-market story and commercial outcomes for the Reality Capture & Robotics portfolio, including DroneDeploy, the robotics and visual intelligence platform. Through drones, ground robots, mobile phones and fixed or wearable cameras, DroneDeploy captures active construction sites and operational assets in 3D, turning the physical world into visual data that can be understood and acted on.

What you'll do
- Own positioning, messaging, and packaging for Reality Capture & Robotics across Procore's markets, differentiated against named competitors.

- Partnering with Sales Enablement to equip Sales and Solutions Engineering with the messaging, competitive positioning, and proof points they use in live deals.
- Partner with Product Management on roadmap, betas, and launches, and lead go-to-market for the launches that change what we sell.
- Build deep understanding of our customers through live conversations and frequent call reviews.
- Recruit, coach, and grow a team of curious, organized, and data-driven product marketers who take ownership of their domain.
- Use AI to work faster and see more of the market, while holding a high bar for quality.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in product marketing or related roles at B2B software companies, including 5+ years in SaaS.
- Experience leading or mentoring product marketers, and a desire to build a team.
- Track record of owning positioning, packaging, and launches with measurable impact on win rate, pipeline, or adoption.
- Deep competitive expertise and experience turning market insight into roadmap and pricing decisions.
- Strong product fluency, ideally with hardware-enabled, data-capture, computer vision, or AI products. Experience in construction, infrastructure, drones, robotics, or the con-tech landscape is a plus.
- Proven ability to influence Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Analytical and outcome-oriented, with the ability to connect your work to commercial results.
- Outstanding writing and storytelling, and comfort presenting to customers and senior audiences.
- Hands-on use of AI in your daily work.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
