As a senior or lead data analyst in Commercial Lines Customer and Agent Servicing Analytics (CL CAS), you’ll support a real-time analytics agenda focused on automation and operational efficiency. You’ll uncover valuable insights into ambiguous areas and tell compelling stories through data. You’ll take on high-impact, high-visibility work with significant room for development by leveraging new tools and methodologies, influencing decisions, and delivering high-impact communications and mentorship. You’ll also design reports and automation workflows to improve insight into our real-time scheduling groups and work with call center data to drive workforce management efficiency.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

• Proficiency in programming and query tools, such as Python, Git, SQL, R, or SAS.
• Prior experience applying statistical analysis and forecast modeling.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience with automation environments such as Prefect, SAS Scheduler, and more.

Compensation

$81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
