As a BI developer senior in Progressive Life, you’ll help Progressive Life turn data into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions, stronger operations, and continued growth. You’ll design, build, and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models that make complex information clear, accessible, and actionable for business and technology partners. You’ll collaborate across Progressive Life to understand business needs, improve data quality, and deliver scalable BI capabilities that help teams measure performance, identify opportunities, and serve customers with confidence.

Experience with tools such as DataDog, Google Analytics, and PowerBI is especially valued, as these skills can help strengthen our ability to monitor performance, analyze customer behavior, and communicate insights effectively. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth with curiosity, partnership, and a commitment to using data to make a practical business impact.

Progressive Life began within Level20, Progressive’s growth incubator, where we built a term life insurance product and business from the ground up. After a successful launch and early growth, we’ve spun out into the Strategy group, now focused on scaling our products, capabilities, and impact. You’ll be joining the organization at a pivotal moment as we advance our transition to Agile delivery, leading the adoption and execution of Scrum practices across teams.
