As a senior financial modeling analyst on the Risk Capital & Enterprise Risk Management team, you’ll analyze risk capital, risk appetite, and finance metrics and translate your findings into insights that support business decisions. Working with the risk capital modeling, enterprise portfolio management, and reinsurance teams, you’ll contribute to internal capital adequacy and allocation initiatives and mature our model governance framework.

This is remote position for U.S.-based work only, requiring occasional travel to our headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH for meetings and/or training.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 3 years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of insurance and of financial and capital metrics.
• Experience or coursework in financial modeling, risk management, pricing, product analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
• Experience using Python.
• Experience with data manipulation using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain findings and collaborate across teams.

Compensation

$81,400 - $108,500/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
