As a business systems consultant senior or lead on our Commercial Lines Business Systems team, you'll play a key role in driving small business insurance initiatives that support the growth and profitability of our Commercial Lines product. This position involves overseeing business requirements, managing backlogs as a Product Owner, and contributing to enhancements within Agile delivery teams, all while fostering collaboration with business sponsors and IT.

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and enthusiastic individual dedicated to delivering quality experiences to our customers and agents.

Location: This is a remote position with the occasional travel to Cleveland, OH for meetings and/or training.

Minimum qualifications

A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of Commercial Auto products is strongly desired
• Experience with back-end commercial lines business systems including systems enhancements, testing, analyzing systems and process mapping for current and new system solutions.
• Proven ability to elicit, define and document system requirements, develop and implement enhancements, and create and maintain documentation representing system and user interactions.
• Experience working in Scrum or project team environments with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and facilitate decisions across business leaders, IT partners and other stakeholders such as Product, Legal and Underwriting.
• Strong analytical skills to comprehend detailed information, apply critical thinking to business requirements, and drive system or process improvements.
• Excellent time management abilities including planning ahead, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Compensation

$81,400 – $131,200/ depending on position level and experience

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
