The Product Delivery Business Analyst plays a critical role in delivering successful product launches across multiple platforms. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time, with quality, and in compliance with established governance and standards.
You will be accountable for key product launch deliverables, from requirements definition through user acceptance testing and post-deployment verification. In addition, you may be assigned ad-hoc initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and organisational value.
You will report to the Product Delivery Team Lead and work collaboratively with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to achieve strategic delivery and quality KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Launch Execution
- Support end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely implementation with high quality.
- Actively participate in product launch discussions with stakeholders, proposing solutions that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team leads to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met and risks are proactively managed.
