Business Development Manager - Expansion

RedDoorz Vision is to be the largest, technology driven new age accommodation brand in South East Asia offering standardized, predictable and great value stays at every relevant street corner.

RedDoorz is a network of Standardized Accommodation complimented with Service Guarantee across all its properties. Free Wifi, satellite television, clean linen, sanitized washrooms, premium toiletries and round the clock customer support are the services enveloped in the Service Guarantee.

The company has its headquarters based in Singapore with country operations in Indonesia, India, Philippines and is expanding to other South East Asia countries.

Conduct sales pitches and presentations meet or exceed sales quota

Build and acquire new sales leads and grow potential hotel and property owners

Engage client relationships.

Keep abreast of local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targe

Prepare sales materials such as proposals or contrac

Prepare and submit reports regularlyCoordinate with internal departments to support account’s business needs and requirements.

Min. Bachelor Degree in Business/Tourism/Mass Communications. Graduates from abroad are preferred.

At least 2 years of working experience in Sales in the hospitality or e-commerce related field is preferred.

Willing to be relocated in long period of time and to travel a lot

Max. 30 years old

Adaptable to dynamic environment.

Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity

Proficient in English

Excellent negotiation skill
