Overview

We are hiring a Content Strategy Executive to help shape creator-led and social strategies for some of the world’s best-known brands. You’ll turn audience behaviour, cultural conversations and campaign data into clear insights that guide content and marketing decisions. Working across clients including Disney+ and PepsiCo brands, you’ll collaborate with strategy, creative and media specialists to produce work that connects with audiences and delivers measurable impact. This is an opportunity to build your strategic experience within a supportive team that combines agency agility with the scale and capabilities of Publicis Groupe.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Support the development of influencer, content and social strategies across major client accounts.
  • Turn audience, creator, social and cultural research into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Use social listening, search trends and other data sources to uncover behaviours, opportunities and emerging conversations.
  • Produce thoughtful reports and insight summaries that explain performance and inform future activity.
  • Research platforms, formats, creators, competitors and cultural trends to strengthen strategic projects.
  • Contribute insights, audience opportunities and creative territories to ideation and campaign planning.
  • Coordinate timelines, processes and stakeholder input to help keep projects focused and on track.

Skills we're looking for

A genuine interest in data and analytics, including confidence working with detailed or large data sets.

Curiosity about social media, creator culture, entertainment and the wider content landscape.

The ability to turn research and performance data into a clear narrative and practical recommendations.

Strong writing, listening and communication skills, with careful attention to detail.

Relevant experience or qualifications gained through employment, education, internships, placements or transferable projects.

A collaborative and adaptable approach when working across different clients, priorities and deadlines.

Experience with client service, campaign reporting, digital planning, data visualisation or multi-stakeholder projects would be helpful, but is not essential.

🌟 What to Expect from the Arctic Shores Assessment

As part of our selection process, we use an Arctic Shores game-based assessment to help us understand your natural strengths in a fair, engaging way. This isn’t a quiz about what you know, it’s about showing how you think, behave and solve problems in real time.

What it is

A series of interactive tasks (games) designed to measure problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, focus and other work-relevant behaviours.

You won’t see typical questions, instead, you’ll play activities that look and feel like simple games.

How it works

You’ll receive an email with a link and simple instructions.

Before the official assessment you can try a practice task so you’re confident with the format.

The assessment usually has around 7-9 tasks and should take about the same time as a standard online test.

Tips to succeed

Choose a quiet, distraction-free space with a reliable device.

Read the instructions carefully before starting each activity.

Be yourself - Arctic Shores is designed to capture how you naturally approach challenges, not what you think is the “right” answer.

After you finish

You will receive a personalised feedback report that explains what your responses suggest about your strengths; valuable insight whether you join us or not.

Publicis Media offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees. Full details are shared when you join, but highlights include core benefits such as Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, alongside enhanced policies like Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave.
