Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse group of media planners and forecasters across Media Planning and Performance Forecasting, including prioritizing workflow, managing assignments, and balancing pipelines.

  • Serve as point of escalation for media planning and forecasting requests, execution challenges, and prioritization decisions.
  • Act as the dedicated media planning and forecasting lead for complex and high-priority clients across all Epsilon products and solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions to support integrated, multi-product forecasting and solutioning.
  • Identify gaps in products, processes, and overall solutioning capabilities; collaborate with leadership to develop and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on the refinement of forecasting tools, processes, and overall approach to improve consistency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and outputs align with established standards and procedures.
  • Monitor forecast quality and performance, proactively identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Critical Skills

Strong media planning fundamentals — audience strategy, channel and tactic mix, budget allocation, and flighting — with the ability to connect plans to forecasted outcomes.

Ability to translate complex, multi-product client needs into clear forecasting strategies and outputs.

Proven people management skills, including coaching, prioritization, and critical issue management.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing demands.

Excellent communication skills across analytical, commercial, and cross-functional collaborators.

8+ years of experience in media planning, forecasting, analytics, or related roles.

Experience managing or mentoring teams responsible for forecasting or analytical delivery.

Broad knowledge of adtech and martech products and solutions (e.g., retail media, programmatic, identity, CRM, loyalty), with the ability to support integrated, cross-product forecasting.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast paced, complex, matrixed organizations.

Strong Excel and analytical tool proficiency.
