Stellenbeschreibung

As an Account Manager (all genders) at MetaDesign, you will act as a trusted sparring partner for our clients. With a strong understanding of their needs, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day requests while always keeping the brand’s unique characteristics and identity in mind. Working closely with the Client Partner, you will oversee both organisational and financial aspects, keep projects on track and bring all stakeholders together.

Your responsibilities

• Setting up, managing and delivering client projects, both internally and externally
• Fostering effective collaboration between clients and the internal team
• Organising and coordinating specific interdisciplinary project workflows
• Preparing for and attending client appointments and meetings
• Managing and monitoring resource allocation
• Creating presentations and project timelines
• Managing, controlling and processing projects in SAP

Qualifikationen

Your profile

• You already have professional experience in an agency environment or a comparable industry
• You have successfully completed a degree in Social and Business Communication, Business Administration or a related field, or have gained equivalent practical experience
• You are proficient in common project management tools and processes, including budget management, proposal preparation and project planning, and you have a strong commercial mindset
• You have initial experience in resource management
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• You communicate with enthusiasm and confidence and know how to bring others on board
