Integrate client leadership, shopper marketing, retail media, creative, strategy, analytics, data, technology, production, and activation, with clear accountability from brief and planning through execution, optimization, and measurement.

Advance total commerce maturity, with retail media as a core growth engine, by strengthening audience strategy, platform and retailer partnerships, closed-loop measurement, incrementality, and performance optimization across the full path to purchase.

Identify organic growth opportunities, lead senior-level business development, and convert client needs into scalable solutions and commercially sound scopes.

Lead annual and long-range portfolio planning, including financial commitments, growth plans, capability investments, and executive business reviews.

Negotiate scopes, fees, and commercial terms that balance client value, delivery quality, and sustainable agency economics, ensuring the portfolio consistently meets agreed revenue, margin, and financial goals while maintaining high standards of client service and work quality.
