SHAPING TOMORROW

  • Make a real impact

  • Reconcile local figures with the management group numbers, investigate and resolve any differences.
  • Work with the accountants and internal teams (Commercial, HR) to gather, check, and confirm the data needed for reporting.
  • Lead the annual budget and regular forecasts, working with department heads.
  • Compare actuals against budget, forecast and prior year, and explain the main variances to management.
  • Build and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and business cases.
  • Track KPIs and flag trends, risks and opportunities to management.
  • Run cost allocations based on timesheet data, so costs are correctly assigned across projects and cost centers.

  • Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm and/or industry will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent academic records from a top-tier Greek or foreign university, in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Power Query, Power Pivot and data analysis skills will be considered an asset.
  • Practical use of AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting and everyday tasks, and an interest in finding new ways to apply them in finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into clear insights for management.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; knowledge of IFRS will be considered an asset.
  • A proactive, improvement-driven mindset, always looking for ways to simplify and automate manual work.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to excellent quality work and to building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek).
