Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

The Opportunity

• As a Deal and Value Creation Analytics member, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supporting high profile analytics projects showcasing the drivers and equity story of a business either to management or to bidders to increase deal confidence
• Supporting analytics projects to arm management with data driven insights to enable fact-based decision making and drive value within the business
• Bringing structure and clarity to complex problems and business scenarios within tight deadlines
• Using your technical know-how and translating this for our non-technical stakeholders to support robust, evidence-based decisions
• Reviewing & creating reports and presentations and translating our findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Working with our Global Data Analytics community to further enhance our analytics proposition
• Building and developing strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally
• Supporting business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing client
• Most importantly, we need you to become a business partner and strategic advisor to our clients, translating and communicating your analysis to help answer critical commercial questions.
