About the role: We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cloud Support Apprentice and support the delivery of IT and cloud services to our clients.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge, and experience while completing a Level 3 Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship. The programme will provide exposure to cloud technologies, networking, operating systems, service management, and troubleshooting whilst working within a busy Managed Service Provider environment. Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support to clients via phone, email, and remote support tools Assist with the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services Support cloud and networking infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers Help troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues Assist in monitoring and maintaining client systems to ensure reliability and performance Create and maintain technical documentation and support records Support system upgrades, software deployments, and new user setups Learn and apply IT security best practices across client environments Work closely with the wider technical team on a variety of cloud and infrastructure projects Desirable skills: Self-motivated with a strong interest in IT and cloud technologies Confident and professional when communicating with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment The entry requirements for this programme are as follows: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Benefits: Hybrid working opportunities (role dependent) Company social events Ongoing training and development Exposure to leading cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Supportive and collaborative working environment Career progression opportunities within a growing technology business Employee pension scheme Generous holiday allowance Access to experienced mentors and technical specialists Modern office environment and equipment Future prospects: This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in IT and cloud computing.
