Role Overview
As aFullstackDeveloper atQvantel,you’llwork across backend and frontend layers to build reliable, scalable features used by global customers.You’llown features end-to-end, from APIs and data models to clean, usable user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, andmaintainfull-stack applications
- Build scalable backend services usingJavaandSpring Boot
- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications
- Build and consumeRESTful APIs
- Work with databases to design schemas andoptimizequeries
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Continuously improve performance, security, and code quality
Required Skills & Experience
Backend
Strong hands-on experience withJava (8+)
Experience withSpring / Spring Bootand microservices
Solid understanding ofOOP, data structures, and design principles
Experience withREST APIsand backend integration
Hands-on experience withrelational databases(PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Frontend
Strong experience withJavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with modern frontend frameworks likeReactorAngular
Good understanding ofHTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Ability to work with API-driven UI architectures
General
Experience withGitand collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity withAgile / Scrumdevelopment practices
- Ability to understand complex systems and work independently

Experience withHibernate / JPA
Exposure toKafka, messaging, or event-driven systems
Experience withDocker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Telecom domain exposure (nice to have, not mandatory)
