What we are looking to hire: We are seeking a creative, detail -oriented, and highly organized social media Content Creator to join our Social & Content team. This role will be responsible for developing engaging, platform -native content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, product marketing, events, campaigns, and audience engagement across RateGain's social media channels. Primary Responsibilities -

• Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms
• Develop static creatives, carousels, reels, short -form videos, captions, and campaign content tailored to each platform
• Support planning and execution of the social media content calendar
• Repurpose blogs, webinars, research reports, events, product launches, customer stories, and leadership content into social -first formats
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, Corporate Communications, and regional marketing teams
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform best practices
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas
• Assist in monitoring content performance and leverage insights for optimization Skills Required -
• 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
• Understanding of social media analytics and platform best practices
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills Attitude & Culture Fit

• Experience in B2B SaaS, Travel Technology, Hospitality, Marketing Technology, or Agency environments
• Experience creating short -form videos, reels, and executive thought leadership content
