About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Research and Insight Manager to help put the voice of the client at the heart of our decision-making. You’ll shape and deliver our B2C insight strategy and roadmap, using qualitative and quantitative research to generate meaningful insights that support client-led commercial decisions and our ambitious growth plans.

Joining a relatively new and evolving team, you’ll have genuine scope to make your mark, influence how we approach research and insight, and experiment with new ideas and ways of working. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, creative team where your expertise will help embed client insight across the business.

What you’ll be responsible for

Shape our understanding of B2C clients, identifying key insight needs and using the right mix of research methodologies, innovative approaches, AI-enabled tools and specialist partners to generate meaningful insight.

Turn business strategy into an impactful research and insight roadmap, exploring new technologies and approaches to make research smarter, more agile and increasingly valuable to the business.

Partner with teams across the business to understand their research needs, develop effective briefs and deliver actionable insights that influence commercial and client-led decision-making.

Lead a varied portfolio of research and insight projects, combining qualitative and quantitative research with AI and emerging insight techniques to uncover client needs, behaviours and opportunities.

Champion innovation in research and insight, exploring how AI, new methodologies and creative approaches can enhance the way we gather, analyse and use client insight.

Embed the voice of the client into proposition and service design, helping teams use research effectively while balancing client needs with commercial viability.

Bring together client, market and industry trends to identify opportunities and deliver commercially focused, client-centric recommendations to key stakeholders.

Design and lead engaging workshops, co-creation and ideation sessions, using insight to spark discussion, challenge thinking and turn ideas into action.

Bring insights to life through compelling storytelling, using engaging and innovative formats to make complex findings accessible, memorable and influential.
