Description
Rausch Companies is a family-built enterprise headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, guided by faith, integrity, and a commitment to doing the right thing. From our corporate office, we lead a diverse portfolio of operating companies — Calara, Rosedale Communities, EnergyWorks, and Missio Capital — spanning real estate investment and development, rental communities, and energy. Together, these ventures shape the neighborhoods people call home and the landscapes we’re entrusted to steward.
Our faith informs how we work, not just why. We practice servant leadership — guiding with humility while holding ourselves to rigorous standards of financial discipline. We think in decades, not quarters, and prioritize long-term relationships over short-term wins. And we operate with an owner’s mentality: we’re not managing someone else’s assets on someone else’s timeline, but building something we intend to stand behind for generations.
At our corporate office, you’ll work alongside a close-knit leadership team with a direct view across every business we operate. We’re looking for people who are sharp, accountable, and driven by purpose — people who want their work to matter and their character to count. If you’re ready to build something enduring with a team that shares your values, we’d like to meet you.
