DIRECTOR, ENTERPRISE DATA

The Director, Enterprise Data is responsible for leading the organization’s enterprise data strategy, analytics capabilities, data governance framework, & enterprise reporting standards. This role ensures that data is accurate, accessible, secure, well-controlled, & leveraged effectively to support strategic decision-making across the bank. They lead a centralized data & analytics team, establishes standards for certified reporting & self-service analytics, partners with leaders across lending, operations, finance, risk, compliance, marketing, & technology to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Accountable for advancing data maturity, improving reporting consistency, supporting regulatory & audit expectations, & promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
