We are proud to be the only company covering the spectrum of residential storage and organization needs, from high-end, dealer-supplied custom solutions to do-it-yourself storage systems available online and in retail stores. Our organization systems are marketed under the Inspired Closets, ORG Home, Gorgeous Garage, ProClosets, EasyClosets, EasyGarage, Easy Track, and Garage Essentials brand names.
The Stow Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Product Specialist located in Holland, MI. We are the country’s premier source for custom closets and organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped directly to our clients.
Primary Purpose of Position
The Digital Product Specialist supports and advances Stow's proprietary digital products: including our in-house closet design software, augmented reality headset technology, and AI tools, used across our dealer, direct-to-consumer, and retail channels. This role keeps our existing products performing for the people who use them and shepherds our digital product roadmap from plan to launch, working closely with product leadership, technical development resources, and stakeholders across the business.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands how great digital products are built: launch an MVP, learn from real users, and improve through iteration within an agile development process. The Digital Product Specialist communicates clearly in both directions; translating business needs for development teams and development realities for stakeholders, and brings genuine customer intimacy to the work, with a drive to make every tool simpler, more intuitive, and more valuable for our customers and consumers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Digital Product Support & Stewardship
- Serve as the go-to expert on Stow's proprietary digital products, supporting internal teams, dealers, and customers as they use and get the most from each tool.
- Monitor product performance and usage, triaging bugs and enhancement requests and routing them to the right resources with clear priority.
- Keep product knowledge and documentation current so support for each product doesn't depend on any one person.

- Facilitate execution of the defined digital product roadmap, keeping each initiative aligned to its business objective from kickoff through launch.
- Write clear, User Acceptance stories for digital products and partner with development resources on backlog and iteration readiness within an agile process.
- Coordinate day-to-day with external digital vendors and technology partners on scope, quality, and timelines.
Customer Intimacy & Continuous Improvement
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, consumers, dealers, and field teams to understand where our products create value and where they create friction.
- Champion usability in every release, advocating for the simplest, most intuitive experience for the end user.
- Recommend iterative improvements grounded in real usage and desired business outcomes
Communication & Adoption
- Bridge business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring both sides share a clear understanding of what's being built and why.
- Keep stakeholders informed on roadmap progress, release timing, and changes that affect their teams.
- Drive adoption of new features through release communication, training, and user support resources.
