Franchise Account Manager

As a Franchise Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted business partner to franchise dealerships in your assigned market. Your primary focus will be to grow dealer relationships, identify new business opportunities, increase loan production, and help our dealer partners sell more vehicles by financing more customers. This is a high-energy, consultative field sales position that combines relationship management, business development, training, and account growth.

You will manage your own dealer portfolio while actively prospecting for new opportunities. The position offers a highly incentivized, performance-based compensation program, providing motivated professionals with the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond, based on performance.
