Regional Human Resources Director, Midwest

As Regional Human Resources Director for the Midwest Region, you will be responsible for leading HR strategy and support for multiple hotel properties across Buffalo, NY, Rochester, NY, and Ohio. You will partner with operations leaders and General Managers on recruiting, retention, employee relations, performance management, compliance, succession planning, and talent development. This role provides HR guidance, leads investigations and employee relations matters, develops learning initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
