Marketing Operations Manager

This position will have a hands-on role in maintaining and developing the infrastructure for and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including core marketing automation platforms, customer data, and facilitating new processes through the use of AI. This role will work directly with ACS Publications’ marketing teams to help them develop innovative and effective marketing programs through the use of available technologies. The Marketing Operations Manager will use their knowledge of systems, data, analytics, AI, agents and industry best practice to improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The position reports to Director, Marketing Operations.
