Plant Accountant

Elevate Textiles is seeking a Plant Accountant to support its Raeford manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Controller, this position serves as the primary day-to-day finance representative for the plant by partnering closely with operations to provide accounting support, manufacturing cost analysis, operational insight, and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in connecting financial performance with manufacturing operations by analyzing production performance, investigating variances, monitoring inventory and labor performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
