Technology Support Associate

The Technology Support Associate serves as a primary point of contact for technology support across the company and provides dedicated support for the Denver office. This role delivers responsive, high-quality technical assistance across hardware, software, conference room technology, mobile, and end-user systems, while supporting employees both onsite and remotely. In partnership with the Business Technology team, the company’s managed service provider, the Associate also supports local network and site infrastructure, enterprise applications, and administrative activities related to the company’s AI program.

This position requires strong technical judgment, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage a broad range of support needs in a professional corporate environment.
