Jr Business Development Associate

Finance of America is seeking a Jr. Business Development Associate to drive growth with new-to-reverse broker partners while strengthening existing relationships. Partnering closely with an assigned Account Executive, this role supports pipeline management, prospect follow-up, partner engagement, and achievement of monthly KPIs. Responsibilities include collaborating with Operations to resolve broker needs, tracking sales activity, analyzing market trends, developing presentations and action plans, and supporting industry events.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of reverse mortgage sales experience, a strong record of exceeding sales goals, Salesforce/CRM expertise, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
