Cash Posting/ Client Billing Inquires Manager

Position can be located in either Tulsa or OKC area. The Cash Posting/Client Billing Inquires Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Cash Posting and Client Billing inquiry processes within Revenue Cycle. Under the leadership of the Director of Reimbursement, this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for the Cash Posting and Client Billing Inquires team by providing training and support to ensure that all team members are equipped to manage their responsibilities effectively.

The primary focus in managing these teams is ensuring consistent productivity and quality of work while serving as a Subject Matter Expert and problem solver for the teams managed.
