Director of Analytics

We’re looking for a Director of Analytics to lead how we understand, measure, and act on customer, digital, and operational data across our brands. Reporting to the SVP, Digital Analytics, you will lead a team of analysts and our Data Collection Product Manager, shaping strategy and turning data into insight that influences decisions across marketing, product, digital experience, and the Traveler Relations Center. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, customer intelligence, and business strategy, and is focused on insight and impact rather than reporting production.
