Recruitment Coordinator - Fulltime/Perm - 2nd Shift - Brighton, CO

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. This role will will be responsible for driving the interview and hiring process, scheduling a high volume of interviews, managing logistics, creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring BGC and onboarding activities, and assisting with various projects as needed. This role will cover 2nd shift hours 12 - 9 PM MT and will be Hybrid, in office 3-4 days a week based on Business Needs.
