Coverage Attorney

Join Kinsale Insurance as a Coverage Attorney and take ownership of complex coverage litigation from start to finish. You'll analyze coverage issues, collaborate with outside counsel on pleadings and motions, participate in mediations and trials, and advise senior management on claims handling best practices. This role is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented attorney with a litigation background — preferably in commercial P&C or E&S insurance. J.D. and bar admission required.
